This product is obtained by grinding a very presigious hazelnut variety (tonda gentile trilobata). From a nutritional point of view it is rich in vitamin A, C, E, B, as well as folic acid, mineral salts (potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, iron, zinc, magnesium, manganese, copper, selenium), fiber and fat (mainly monounsaturated). It is suitable for the preparation of cakes, creams and ice cream.
